To be an effective leader, it is important to first understand your skills, strengths, and shortcomings in order to find your own authentic leadership style. Although the definition of the word Leadership varies, it can be defined by four main pillars, comprising of 25 skills.
Often we judge ourselves by our intentions yet we judge others by the impact they make, and so we end up with an awareness gap in our self image. This module helps listeners understand the gap between who you are now and who you want to be, in order to explore and develop skills and practices to become more effective at leadership. This can be applied to our personal career development as well as becoming more effective when leading and managing teams.
